A solid start to the EWS 2018 season for Hill, dominating the two days of competition to finish up in first place ahead of Martin Maes in 2nd place. Josh Carlson in 7th place, good to see him in the top-10 in the first race this year.

The course was brutal with some high-profile DNF’s. Chris Panozzo, fresh from a new deal to race on Cannondale, double flatting his tyres taking him out of the race. Jared Graves, in 7th place on day 1, breaking a wheel on day 2 and ending up a DNF.
